How do the cost work for those first few games? Does the ASUN fund the tournament (officials expenses etc.) and keep the revenue or does the hosting school get to keep revenue in exchange for taking on the expense. I’m not sure if it’s worth it for two away schools like Jacksonville and KSU but you’d probably bank a ton of money on your home game—especially saving on travel and hotels.

Just a thought I’m not sure anybody knows the answer too.

Need to guard the perimeter well against Jax. If we can limit and challenge their outside shooting we will be fine. They were 13/21 from 3 against K-State last night. In contrast, the game prior, against FGCU, they scored 35 points less and were 5/15 from 3.

If McCray, their PG, touches the ball we need to have someone standing on his shoes. He can beat you single handedly. Hoping our communication is on point defensively.

Need a big game from Cozart. Hoping that Blanton floats back into a support role again. Need Moreno taking shots and need our two ball handlers making smart choices.

I think we win 84-73.

These are excellent questions. To go one step further, how does EKU benefit from being host of up to three games?

Most conferences have a money split. No one team in the conferences benefits more than another.

Slow start, 1/6 from field. Cozart more involved. Some bad passing and ill advised shots.

Gotta get going.
