Great game between 2 good teams but refs cost us the game swallowing their whistle on the offensive goaltending late in the game

Tough one to lose. We had a nice comeback to take the lead midway through second half, just didn’t have enough to finish it off.

Blanton remains an absolute mystery. Looked like the best player in the conference last game, this game he’s back to shooting 30% from the field and 50% from the FT Line. I truly don’t get it.

Thankfully next 2/3 conference games are at home and Bellarmine is the road game of that stretch. Gotta go 3-0.

Blanton got nothing done today. Team block outs are very bad. Ajd also we had a group in there moving the ball and took the lead then we sub and well they won. Big games rest of the way.

I think you guys have already said it. The defensive mismatch on Moreno was exploited and if Blanton just scores his average, Eastern probably wins this one.
Now with just a one game lead and Stetson with the tiebreaker, they can’t let up on any of the remaining games.
