Isn’t it a three game lead over unf? Since we would still be ahead since we owe the tie breaker?
If we beat stetson, it would be hard for us not to get the one seed unless we have a complete meltdown

It kind of depends on if you mean securing the #1 seed or actually winning the regular season title outright I would assume.

Schools get an NIT auto bid if they win their regular season conference, have a winning record, but don't win their conferences tourney. Would be nice to know we would atleast go to the NIT.

That is not the case any longer. To many of the Power conference teams were being left out so the NCAA changed it.

I saw that change when it came out last year. It figures the very next year it might have helped us. I'd say that with our non-conference record we have absolutely no chance at all of making the NIT under the current new selection system.
