How many kids that enter the portal actually find a new school to transfer to? I would like to see that data. I would also like to see how they fair at their new schools like a before and after of stats, # of minutes played, etc... Sometimes the grass isn't always greener.

From what I have found, in 2021 54% of FBS players entering the portal and 41% of FCS players found a new home.

Once upon a time, stats and snaps would have been the only metrics. But in the NIL era, there are probably at least some players who don't care if those things go down a little if the money is better. Of course, each player is his own special case.
