The current moratorium on single sport conferences ends June first unless extended. The UAC is going to operate as it is with a waiver for a FCS bid. Still will do conference awards, etc.

Basically all this means is that we don't have a vote on certain matters. For all practical purposes that will be noticeable to a fan, they will be operating as a conference. This is not a big deal as far as the immediate future is concerned.
