There aren't any issues with the site going away but I know everyone always wants to chip in and help out. And a couple of ways of doing that is purchasing stuff you want anyways. :)
The Maroon Nation is an affiliate of Fanatics and Tervis. You can go to the following links and purchase EKU Gear from Fanatics and drinkware from Tervis. It looks like Tervis no longer carries EKU-branded items but you can always get other designs.
