NCAA cancelled the Baton Rouge Regional due to weather. Not a shot got hit even though the course was playable but not "championship level". Top six seeds and top 3 individuals not on the top six seeded team automatically get to go to the NCAA finals at Greyhawk in AZ.
In jumps Barstool sports who is putting on a tournament for the 12 team that didn't advance plus any of the individuals that want to play. NCAA hacked off on it as an unofficial event (goid work by the Purdue and Mississippi St compliance departnents). Barstool I'd covering the costs and the golf course in AZ is waiving any fees. Jax St is one of the 12 so I hope they take advantage of this.
