Re: JSU Game
What an amazing game! The grit and heart this team showed, nice little adjustments on the game tying drive, etc. definitely improved over the course of the past two seasons with regards to adjustments in game. Not going to harp on the previous staff, but they were a textbook example of sticking to a...
Re: JSU Game
We absolutely need to close out in a big way. If we win, as much as I hate to say it, style points will matter in a big way regarding our bubble team status for the playoffs. We’ve made BIG progressions in many areas since the season started and I believe we have a ton to build off of. At season’s e...
Re: JSU Game
Continuing to call us Eastern Carolina University was what broke it for me. Disrespectful performance by whomever did the live coverage. And as has been pointed out, camera angles were horrible. I know many (most) of these are handled by tech/media students at the respective host location. ESPN real...

Re: Conference USA
Fair enough, I just feel we are going about it the wrong way. Or at least talking about it the wrong way. We are hoping and wishing instead of taking matters in our own hands- like winning, upgrading our facilities before the phone call, and be able to present a solid EKU brand when the time comes....

Have to be absolutely dialed in for all phases of the game. SFA has excellent ST.

Re: Conference USA
The teardown is the hard part, that's lots of concrete and Im sure old enough to be full of asbestos as well. With It all being concrete I don't think taking part off would be an option either. The parts they are fixing are putting band aids on bullet holes, They have to do it to keep the stadium a...

Re: Conference USA
I doubt a major tear down is projected. They currently are repairing weakened areas on the concourse level close to the ramps. They potentially could take off the top part, bowl in one end of the stadium with corner type seating (most likely on the bypass side) and make up the seating lost with a to...

Re: Conference USA
Mixed feelings here. As much as I’d like to see us make the switch, when I think about it from our athletes perspective, maybe making the jump right now is not the best move. If we made the jump, the current classes will really not have anything to play for for the next few years. Collectively, mos...

Re: Conference USA
Rumors on the other board. 1 more Southeastern FCS and 3 more FCS total. UMASS and UCONN football only. Waiting on MAC to announce WKU and MTSU so they don't have a vote to block invites to EKU and Chattanooga. Again, rumors. Oh please, oh please, oh please. But this begs the question...how much do...
