Western Staying in C USA according to reports out of Bowlimg Green

Hopefully the UAC will be losing us soon to FBS

What a difference it makes when u bring in FBS schools……largest attendance ever…..all EKU athletic programs would benefit if we could get to C USA, Sun Belt Or MAC….playing Marshall, Western, Appy State and the like….I know we are trying just wish we get there sooner than later

Those additions make a very nice conference…..good football weather and decent travel for us

We did change from the Maroons to Colonels under Dr. Martin…..about the time RKS was built…..during my time at EKU 1966 to 1970

One of the boards suggest MAC may add 3…..would we be considered…..again WKU reject the invite to the MAC if we were invited also

No way C USA takes us unless wku goes to Mac… and now with Tarleton on the move up they probably are ahead of us…..

Best we can hope for is Sun Belt takes us if they lose one or takes both us and Austin Peay in an expansion……wku and mtsu will keep both of us out of cusa or maybe we could backfill the MAC if Buffalo was to leave

Top of the conference looks pretty good to me…..lots to be happy about
