So how come the moment EKU leaves the OVC Lexington becomes a site for the OVC Baseball Tourney?

What did this coaching staff do last year that makes you think they will make any tourney? They had a team that beat the #15 team in the nation, the #7 team in the nation and played competitively against the #2 team in the nation. They were absolute dregs in conference play. Meaning they had the talent to win but not the fundamentals/foresight to win games.

It was more of a point of OVC bringing the tourney to Lexington after a team close to Lexington left. Apparently the Legends have been fighting for years to bring the OVC tourney here.

It’s a good thing they appear to be in the weaker side of the ASUN or this year’s team would have a much tougher time qualifying. 2022 will tell alot about this coaching staff since they completely turned the roster and now have the players they want. Believe 2022 roster has the highest turnover rate in the country; north of 70%.
