Looks like he only had 2 offers. EKU and Wingate. Not a great sign but we need height. Need to be prepared if this turns out to be Mayo's last year here.

Edit: Found some video of Bladen. He does a really nice job of moving without the ball and setting himself for when someone drives and the defense collapses, they can dump the ball off to him and he has an easy dunk or layup. He will be a point guards best friend. Would've liked to seen more moves with the ball in his hand but with his size and competition level he is going up against, it looks like he does not need them much. Probably going to need to get stronger and work on post moves against guys his size to have success in the OVC. He has some potential but still has some developing to do.

Why do you say it might be Mayo's last year here?

If it is another bad year, I can see Mayo taking advantage of the grad transfer rule and play somewhere else his final year assuming he is far enough along to graduate early.

Bladen also had offers from Monmouth and Canisius, and is a composite 2-star (not sure what this means?) recruit on one of the forums.

Neubauer recruited Mayo and then went to Fordham before Mayo enrolled. We were concerned Mayo would follow him, but he State with us, thank goodness.

I've worried about the Mayo grad transfer as well, but I think it's more likely than not that he stays. With that having been said, couldn't Davis potentially do the same? At least he originally signed here to play for McHale.
