The errors were a problem today.

8 total, 6 in the first game. But it’s two more wins against teams that were picked in the top third in their league in the preseason.

Found a way to win when they didn’t play the best defensively.

I saw this weekend as a step up in competition. We handed this well. Our pitchers were giving up more hits and runs and we were having more fielding issues with this level of competition! But we did very well this weekend.

S. Alabama had beaten Notre Dame the week before they placed us. Their only 2 losses this season are to us and Missouri.
