ASUN Tourney Hopes Bleak

Unless we sweep Lipscomb this weekend our hopes of making the ASUN Tournament are slim to none! We are currently in the 5th spot of the West Division...1 game behind Lipscomb! And, even if we do sweep Lipscomb we still have lots of work the following weekend!

Only 4 teams from each division make the post-season! After Lipscomb we play N Alabama in a 3 game series and Lipscomb plays West "cellar-dweller" Bellarmine in a 3 game season finale! As you can see...the odds are against us!

Lets go KERNS...lets finish on a High note!!!

Good way to start the final push to the ASUN tourney...Win 16-7 game #1 slugfest and a stellar pitchers dual win 3-1 in the night cap!

5 homers in the 1st game for EKU and the ladies added another one in game two, for a total of 6 on the day!

Narvaez picked up both wins in the double header!

Back at it today at 2pm! Keep rolling COLONELS!

Ladies got the sweep and now lead for 4th place by 2 games.

Offense, defense and pitching were all stellar over the past weekend! Best 3 game stretch the KERNS have played this season!

The sweep puts us in the drivers set for that 4th seed! No need to worry bout anyone helping us now if we just WIN!

N. Bama is a really good team...it won't be easy but if we continue the hot streak from the past few weeks we got this! Would be nice if Bellarmine would give us a hand though and beat Lipscomb...regardless: WIN TO GET IN!
