Who are some in state players you feel the Colonels should be recruiting?

I can't believe the Colonels or apparently any other D1 school isn't recruiting Danville's Mr Everything D'Mauriae VanCleave. He is an amazing athlete with speed to burn.

Somerset's Collin Hartman had to go around our state recruiter to go strait to d-line coach to even send in his highlight. Ohio State and some other major programs have already offered this kid preferred walk-on's but he is a baller and has a motor that doesn't quit. Our instate recruiter was Brandon Lawson wouldn't even take Coach Lucas's calls.

So, I've read on other sites that Wofford has offered our state's Mr. Football. Have the Colonels shown any interest?

He runs a 4.3, anyone can use that speed. I watched him play a few times and he doesn't have to just run in a straight line. The kid is Fast! Now add the Mr. Football title on top. What am I missing?
The Hartman kid from Somerset, 6'5" 250lb DE, plenty of reports to show what the kid can do. Not even a smell.

Maybe this coaching staff has no use for athletes with 4.3 speed. In all fairness to them they probably wouldn't know what to do with him.
